Inspired by the likes of Bayonetta and Nier: Automata, Stellar Blade is an ambitious action game with a few rough spots. If you can overlook them, there’s plenty of fun to have here thanks to the fun Souls-like combat, challenging enemies, and impressive graphics.
Persona 5 is easily one of the best JRPGs ever made, but it’s also one of the best games ever made. It follows the same formula as previous games: you’re a high school student and, after a series of strange events, you’re sucked into an alternate world where you can release a Persona, a reflection of your inner desires. Each Persona game has an isolated story, and although there are themes that run throughout the series, you don’t need any prior knowledge to play the fifth entry.
